Booking and confirmation
All bookings are requests until the facility confirms them. Facilities respond within 24 hours. You are only charged after confirmation, directly with the facility.
Cancellation
Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Within 7 days, facilities may charge one night. Medical complications documented by a physician always qualify for a full refund.
House rules
Facilities are care environments: quiet hours apply, visitors are welcome within facility hours, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on premises.
Scope of care
Tu House Care facilities provide post-operative nursing care: wound care, medication management, mobility support and recovery monitoring. They do not replace hospitals and do not provide emergency or intensive medical treatment.
